Our Resilience Tutors work to support a young person’s emotional awareness by equipping them with perspective, sparking curiosity and creativity, and by connecting them with their purpose and passions.

Lynne is constantly inspired by the concept that young people can learn to be their own teachers through self-mastery and by developing a love of learning. It was this vision that led to the development of a resilience teaching framework and a suite of complimentary books and journals. Together, these elements personalise the education process and support young people on their journey to greater resilience.

Hi, I’m Lynne Kendall. I am well known as the author LK Tommi.
I’m a resilience tutor dedicated to helping children and families thrive by teaching them how to understand and work with their emotions, thoughts and energy, so they can easily navigate life’s challenges.
Over the years, in my hands-on professional experience, I was tired of seeing young people struggle and realised that most methods were simply putting a band-aid on these challenges rather than achieving long-lasting change by addressing the core issues. Born from this frustration, I put my teaching hat on and created a program that empowers young people to understand how their emotions, thoughts and energy are linked to every experience we have. I guide them to connect these experiences with what is happening in their bodies and brain and, in doing so, help them achieve emotional resilience and ultimately empower them with life-changing tools that support them in achieving a happier and more calm day-to-day life.
I have had speaking experience nationally and internationally in the Education sector.
Helping families move from chaos to calm is what I do best. I love any opportunity to support the broader community in achieving this by truly understanding their emotions, thoughts and energy and how that links to every experience they have, especially the tricky life experiences. That is Resilience.
